Family Trip!

All of my brothers and sisters came to down to Newport beach last week and it was way too much fun! I have so many great pictures from the trip that I wish I could post them all. The trip was filled with fun and adventure but we missed mom and dad so much. We of course went to the beach and did a little bit of shopping. We also went to Sea World and Disneyland. Because the family was all together, we celebrated Hayley's first birthday a week early. Her 1st birthday was on March 13th, and I will post those pictures a little bit later. Hayley had so much fun with all of her cousins and it was so great to see all of the kids. Love you guys and miss you already! Thanks for such a great time!

A few of the lastest and greatest

I figured it was time to take off the nasty pictures of Jon and finally post something else:) We have been busy as usual...but not much has happened out of the ordinary. Here are some beach pictures from a few weeks ago:

Here is Hayley playing in the sand...she is too quick for me and the second I wasn't paying attention she put it in her mouth.

Hayley can go down the slide all by herself!

My family is coming down to Newport next week and I am soooo excited. We tried on Hayley's swimsuit last night just for fun. I think it will be a little too chili to go in the water, but its worth a shot!

The tiger crawl....(she didn't learn that one from me!)

A good laugh...

No, a GREAT laugh! I was looking through some old emails and found these pictures. It is late at night and Jon might make me take these down tomorrow, but these pictures are soooo hilarious. I hesitate to post these pictures because I know Jon looks like a total "Chester." Just after Jon and I were married, we were in St. George for Christmas with my family. Jon challenged my brother to a ping pong match. The stakes were high, but Jon was the one who set them. If Jon lost, he had to shave his head and if my brother (who is balding) lost, he had to grow a comb-over. Well as you can see, Jon lost the match. These are pictures of him while we were shaving his head (I know he looks like a creepo, but I can't help but die laughing when I see these pictures). It was scary shaving his head because we were headed to Mexico in 3 days. Although, after we got all the hair off, he looked hot with the shaved head (i included a picture from our trip so you could all see how good it turned out). I love you babe, you always make me laugh!
ps...don't hate me for posting these pictures:)

A few extra's

Lately it seems like Hayley is just growing and changing everyday. She is learning things all the time and she has been making us laugh non-stop. She is just entertaining and her personality is bursting through.

Here are some pictures of her in the bath that are just priceless

This morning we hiked the Hollywood sign. After being in Utah for a few weeks, it really makes us appreciate the 73 degree weather!

Hayley's First Christmas!

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated the blog...I know that I am so lame. Life got busy and time just got away from me. The holiday season was so much fun. Hayley and I drove up to Salt Lake (we were there for a total of almost 3 weeks) before Christmas and I got some good sister time in. Jon joined us a little later and we spent Christmas with Jon's family. Hayley had a blast with all of her aunties and uncles, cousins, and grandparents. She got so much attention over the break that when we got home for the first few days, I literally couldn't put her on the floor to play unless I was sitting right next to her! Jon got in plenty of snowboarding, there was a ton of new snow that fell in the mountains. Hayley was hilarious on Christmas morning. She must have been a good girl this year because Santa was good to her! Everything is so much more exciting with a baby around. Here are a few pictures from the trip...

We visited the lights at Temple Square

This toy was a big hit...she dances to the music, it is so cute!

Here's Hayley in her Christmas dress

She was a little nervous with Santa, but at least she let us get a few good pictures...

But she didn't last long!!!!

Three Peas in a Pod

Here are some pictures from Hayley's first Halloween weekend. These pictures were actually taken on Sunday at our friend's Nathan and Emily. It was Emily's birthday and she cooked us a fantastic meal. For Halloween night we actually went to a birthday party that wasn't a costume party so we wanted to bring Hayley in her costume to Emily's birthday. I especially love the last picture...what a ham!

Daddy's Girl

Here are some cute pictures of Hayley and Jon that I have been meaning to post. They are cheering on the Red Sox...apparently they didn't cheer hard enough:( That smile is priceless! She is always so happy to see Jon when he gets home from work, I think she gets sick of looking at my face all day.
